Evitec Solutions Launches Four-Week AI Implementation Model for Nordic Financial Institutions

New service addresses the gap between AI experimentation and production deployment in the financial sector.

Evitec Solutions announces a new service designed to accelerate AI adoption in the Nordic financial sector. The updated AI offering focuses on delivering functional AI applications within four weeks, helping institutions move beyond pilot projects to realize tangible business value.

The service comes as Nordic financial institutions seek to capitalize on AI technologies while navigating regional regulatory requirements and resource constraints. “The Nordic State of AI” report from Silo AI & AI Finland in 2025 found that while approximately 60% of Nordic companies are satisfied with their AI results, many struggle with the transition from experimentation to production. Evitec’s approach addresses this challenge by identifying specific, high impact use cases and rapidly moving from concept to pilot and eventually, full scale deployment.

– Many financial institutions are interested in AI but hesitant to commit to extensive transformation projects with uncertain returns, says Päivi Karesjoki, Services SVP at Evitec Solutions.

– Our model removes those barriers by proving value quickly and building internal capabilities through practical implementation, Karesjoki continues.

According to a recent NVIDIA report from early 2025, nearly 70% of financial services respondents reported AI driving revenue increases of 5% or more. Despite these promising returns, many institutions remain in a transitional phase between experimentation and systematic deployment.

This is particularly evident in the Nordic region, where adoption of established AI applications is high, but scaling newer technologies like generative AI from pilot to production remains challenging. Evitec’s structured four-week process is designed to bridge this implementation gap.

The service includes:

  • Initial assessment and use case prioritization
  • Technology evaluation and data readiness assessment
  • Development of a functioning use case
  • Knowledge transfer and scaling roadmap

Financial institutions that have participated in early implementations report identifying opportunities for process automation, risk assessment, and customer service improvements that were previously overlooked.
